[IC First Impressions for your character]
Appearance: Blonde haired and blue eyed. About mid-forties.
Liam's canon is pixel-art, so I have taken the liberty of drawing my own interpretation based somewhat on how he appears in the poster. Note that while the poster makes him seem quite old, there's canon evidence to the contrary (such as a character calling him a young man, in spite of the fact that he's definitely no younger than 40, and mentioning that 20 years is about "half his life"), so I tend to draw him a bit younger looking and a bit more relaxed to fit his somewhat frivolous personality. Here's my interpretation.
Visual impressions: Liam is about 5'8". Someone on tumblr worked this out by measuring known heights against eachother. Basically, much of the game's cast is taller than him, but he is also taller than the protagonist, who is about 5'7".
Fashion: In his youth, Liam was a punk and dressed the part wholly. His hair is styled in an undercut: the part of his head that hasn't been shaved is at least shoulder-length and curled, with the shaved parts of his hair showing off the tech embedded in his skull. He dresses in a white, studded jacket, knee-high blue boots, and white leather gloves.. and two thick belts.
As an older man, Liam is much more practical, with his long hair either pulled neatly back, or pushed behind his shoulders. He wears a basic turtleneck-collar shirt with a long suit coat and knee-high hiking boots, with a holster on his chest and right leg. He still wears two belts, though. Sigh.
Demeanor: Liam is described as an energetic, wild, and indominable force. He exudes raw energy and charisma whenever he isn't alone with his thoughts - even somewhat into his old age, his main priority is "looking cool and having fun".
When he is alone or sharing a private moment with someone he cares about, his playful demeanor shifts significantly into quiet intimacy at best, or mocking, defeatist self-destructiveness at worst.
Voice: As Liam's canon was not voice acted, there is no official voice. I imagine Liam's voice as something higher mid-range with a soft yet confident inflection.
Scent: Liam is very well groomed and clean. Might have a bit of an old book smell considering he keeps a 20-year-old paper diary with him at all times.
Handwriting: Something rushed and wild.
Magical aura: None. However, Liam does have neural implants that allow him to manipulate tech, if your character is able to sense that.
